Deliver your NanaBeebi at the pick-up point you chose. A return shipment must be provided with a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount on your bank account
As soon as we have received the complete package, you will receive within one refund your purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
Return conditions:
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and provided with tags and labels. The products must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse the returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of ours.

What do I get when I order the diaper bag?
The NanaBeebi diaper bag consists of one diaper bag, one bottle warmer and two pram clips. The pram clips and bottle warmer holder are included as standard when ordering our diaper bag. If you choose the family version, you will also receive the changing mat.
What do I get when I order the nursing cloth?
The NanaBeebi nursing cloth comes standard with a storage bag.
What do I get when I order the hydrophilic diapers?
The NanaBeebi hydrophilic diapers consist of two stylish marble print wipes and one standard white.
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, it is best to send an email to info@nanabeebi.com. If your package has not yet been shipped, it can be canceled and the entire amount will be refunded to your account. If your package has already been packed and shipped, you can simply return it to us.
Can I also order from abroad?
Yes, we currently ship to all European countries.
