Take care of yourself

If you don't exercise outside yet, start with that and eat healthy as well. It's cliche, but it really works. Join the gym or go do something fun with a friend. Then you have a little more pressure behind it and you are in a different environment for a while.
You can also see your girlfriend right away or you can have a nice chat after exercise. Do you prefer a more quiet activity? Then try yoga or spend some time outside with yourself.
The first step out on your own from the couch is the biggest and probably the most difficult. Therefore, bring structure and stability to the moment for yourself. Make good agreements with your partner when you go to sports or go outside, so that you do not have to arrange something every week to leave.
Also, eat and drink consciously. Make sure you get enough good nutrients. This is healthy for you and your family. Are you hungry in between or in the evening? Then have a healthy snack. You will notice that just by taking these steps you will feel fitter and more energetic. Making the life of a mother easier for you.
Make an effort to look nice. Even though you may not feel so attractive and beautiful at that moment. By taking care of yourself, you give yourself positive attention. Nice clothes, go to the hairdresser and get your nails done.
