Therefore, the NanaBeebi will be delivered the next day to the delivery address you specified. We guarantee that orders placed before 23:00 will be delivered tomorrow. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday, as we currently do not deliver on Sunday.

Packages within the Netherlands and Belgium are sent with PostNL. You will receive a Track and Trace code so that you can easily and clearly see around which time the package will be delivered.

Send the NanaBeebi together with the completed return form to our address. A return shipment must be provided with a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

As soon as we have received the complete package, you will receive your purchase amount back within one week. 

Return conditions:

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and with tags and labels. The products must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

What do I get when I order the diaper bag?

The NanaBeebi diaper bag consists of one diaper bag, one bottle warmer and two stroller clips. The stroller clips and bottle warmer are included as standard when ordering our diaper bag. If you choose the family version, you will also receive the changing mat. 

What do I get when I order the Nursing Cloth?

The NanaBeebi nursing cloth comes standard with a storage bag. 

What do I get when I order the hydrophilic diapers?

The NanaBeebi hydrophilic nappies consist of two stylish marble print cloths and one standard white. 

How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, it is best to send an email to info@nanabeebi.com. If your package has not yet been sent, it can be canceled and the entire amount will be refunded to your account. If your package has already been packed and sent, you can simply return it to us.

Can I also order from abroad?
