HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order, it is best to send an email to info@nanabeebi.com. Indiand your package has not yet been shipped, it can be canceled and the entire amount will be refunded to your account. If your package has already been packed and sent, you can simply send it back to us.

CAN I ORDER FROM ABROAD?

Yes, we currently ship to all European countries.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER FAILED?

If you are sure that your order failed, you can place the order again. If you have any doubts, please contact customer service.We will then check whether the order has gone through.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO ORDER A LARGE QUANTITY?

We can offer special prices for larger orders. If you want more than 10 pieces of our product, please send us an email to info@nanabeebi.com.  Mention the product and the relevant quantities. You will receive an answer with a price proposal as soon as possible.

CAN I ALSO ORDER FROM ABROAD?

Yes, we currently ship to all European countries.

ARE THE PRICES STATED ON THE WEBSITE INCLUDING VAT?

Yes, all prices mentioned include 21% VAT.

WHAT ABOUT THE WARRANTY ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

We do not offer a manufacturer's warranty. If your item is defective upon receipt, we kindly request that you report this within 24 hours of receipt. You can return the products in the original packaging within 1 week of discovery, with a copy of the packing slip & returns form. Please note: this only applies to unused items.

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO INCLUDE WHEN YOU SEND US A COMPLAINT?

State your name, email address, telephone number, order number, if any, and a clear description of your complaint. If you have supporting documents, you can also send them.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT OF THE COMPLAINT?

No, no confirmation of receipt will be sent.

WITH HOW MANY TIME WILL I RECEIVE A REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT?

You will receive an answer and solution within 7 working days.

WHAT ARE THE CONTACT DETAILS?

STEP 1 - CHOOSE PRODUCT

Choose our product by clicking here.

STEP 2 - SHOPPING CART

Click on shopping cart to add the product to your cart. If you want to order more than one, click on the arrow and then choose to add to cart. The product will be added to your shopping cart. You can 'continue shopping' or choose 'checkout' immediately to order and complete the order. Do you have the right number of desired products in the shopping cart? Then click on 'checkout'. All prices are shown including VAT.

STEP 3 - LOGIN (IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT)

When you pay, you can do this in different ways. You can pay with an account or without an account. You can log in if you already have an account or choose to pay immediately without an account. Make your choice and then choose 'checkout'.

STEP 4 - ORDER

You will arrive on a page where you must enter your billing information. Fill in this information as accurately as possible and check it. If you have an account, you do not need to fill this out. Then choose a payment method and, if necessary, enter a discount code. Check your details and click on 'Place Order'.

STEP 5 - DISCOUNT CODE

If you have a discount code, enter it in the bar after the word DISCOUNT. For mobile users it is important to first click on 'show order overview' and then enter the discount code. The discount is automatically deducted from your order amount.

STEP 6 - PAYMENT

You will now arrive at the screen to pay for your chosen payment method. You will be guided through the payment step by step for each method. If everything went well, your order is complete and you will receive a confirmation email.

STEP 7 - CONFIRMATION

If everything went well, your order is completed and you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. If you have not received anything, please contact customer service or place your order again.
