HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order, it is best to send an email to info@nanabeebi.com. If your package has not yet been sent, it can be canceled and the entire amount will be refunded to your account. If your package has already been packed and sent, you can simply return it to us.

CAN I ORDER FROM ABROAD?

Yes, we currently ship to all European countries.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER FAILED?

If you are sure that your order has failed, you can place the order again. If in doubt, please contact customer service. We will then check whether the order has been received.

We can offer special prices for larger orders. If you want more than 10 pieces of our product, please send us an email to info@nanabeebi.com. Mention the product and the relevant quantities, you will receive an answer as soon as possible with a price proposal.

Yes, we currently ship to all European countries.

ARE THE PRICES STATED ON THE WEBSITE INCLUDING VAT?

Yes, all prices mentioned include 21% VAT.

WHAT ABOUT THE WARRANTY ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

We do not offer a manufacturer's warranty. If your item is defective upon receipt, we kindly request you to report this within 24 hours of receipt. You can return the products within 1 week after discovery in original packaging, with a copy of the packing slip & return form. Note: this only applies to unused items.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT OR PACKAGE?

WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD YOU INCLUDE WHEN SENDING US A COMPLAINT?

State your name, e-mail address, telephone number, any order number and a clear description of your complaint. If you have supporting documents, you can also enclose them.

WILL I GET A CONFIRMATION OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF THE COMPLAINT?

No, no confirmation of receipt will be sent.

WITHIN HOW MUCH TIME WILL I GET ANSWER TO MY COMPLAINT?

You will receive an answer and a solution within 7 working days.

WHAT ARE THE CONTACT DETAILS?

STEP 1 - CHOOSE PRODUCT

Click on shopping cart to put the product in your cart.If you want to order more than one, click on the arrow and choose add to shopping cart. The product will be added to your shopping cart. You can choose 'continue shopping' or 'checkout' immediately to order and complete the order. Do you have the right number of desired products in the shopping cart? Then click on 'checkout'. All prices are shown including VAT.

STEP 3 - LOGIN (IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT)

When you are going to pay, this can be done in different ways. You can pay with an account or without an account. You can log in if you already have an account or choose to pay immediately without an account. Make your choice and then choose 'checkout'.

STEP 4 - ORDER

You will be taken to a page where you must enter your billing information. Fill in this information as accurately as possible and check it. If you have an account, you do not need to fill this in. Then choose a Payment method and enter a discount code if necessary. Check your details and click on 'Place Order'.

STEP 5 - DISCOUNT CODE

If you have a discount code, enter it in the bar after the word DISCOUNT. For mobile users, it is important to first click on 'view order summary' and then enter the discount code. The discount is automatically deducted from your order amount.

STEP 6 - PAY

You will now be taken to the screen to pay for your chosen payment method. You will be guided through the payment step by step for each method. If everything went well, your order is complete and you will receive a confirmation email.

STEP 7 - CONFIRMATION

If everything went well, your order is complete and you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. If you have not received anything, please contact customer service or place your order again.
