This is not a random change; it is a sign of our commitment to you, our valued customer, and to the growth of your family.

Not only do we want to bring you the best diaper bags and baby products, but we also want to offer products that the whole family can use.
Think of items for growing children, special bags for dads and much more. We will grow with your family, and Mimmti will be our new adventure.
We advise our customers to wash the diaper bag or kids bag by hand and not to use aggressive cleaning agents.
If you choose to put the bag in the washing machine, then use the hand wash program (30 degrees or less).
We recommend removing all accessories such as stroller clips from the bag.
We stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your order, we would like to hear how we can satisfy you.

You can return the order within 14 days and we ensure that the purchase amount will be credited to your account within ten working days.

Step 1: Complete the returns form
Click here and complete the return form , go through the steps and return it quite easily without printing.
If there is a special reason, we can find a suitable solution together so that you receive even better help.
Step 2: Send the order
Deliver your NanaBeebi to the collection point you have chosen . A return shipment must have a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
As soon as we have received the complete package, you will receive your purchase amount (excl. shipping costs) within 10 working days.
Return conditions:
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and with labels and labels. The products may not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.
Shipping costs are at your own expense.
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. The number starts with a # and is approximately 5 to 6 numbers long.
If you have not received a confirmation email, please feel free to contact our customer service, they will be happy to help you.
Use the hashtag # for your order number. For example #15358. This solves the problem.
Returns must be made as described in our return conditions within 14 days of your purchase.
After 14 days, your return will be automatically refused. We cannot make an exception for this because we work with an automated system.
Yes, we offer a standard 6 month manufacturer's warranty on all our products from the moment of purchase. When you receive the product, you can assess whether the product functions properly within two weeks. Nevertheless, we offer a 6-month manufacturer's warranty.
What is not covered by the warranty?
Please note: wear and tear, user damage or improper use are not covered by the warranty. This includes natural aging of the product, damage caused by use and any misuse of the product.
